PubMed Health

The new PubMed Health website has been launched recently by the National Library of Medicine. It is a new evidence-based medicine resource containing a mixture of reviews of clinical effectiveness research, systematic reviews of clinical trials, technical reports and summaries aimed at consumers in an easy-to-read format. The site aims to bring together resources from a range of international partners to answer the question "What Works?" for clinical interventions.

PubMed Health also includes a medical encyclopaedia and medication information, and has the added benefit that searches on the site also run in PubMed, with a filter to automatically identify articles which may be systematic reviews. Data is provided by a number of international partners.
